Villach sends Vienna Capitals into their holidays

Montag, 17.März 2014 - 5:49 - VSV moved to the next round. When beating Vienna Capitals 4:2 in a stylish away fashion, the Carinthians reached their first semifinals since 2011.

While Vienna could not get the lead in the beginning of the last period, Villach did better: Gerhard Unterluggauer faked a hot from the blue line, but he passed to Hunter, who deflected the puck for Villachs 3:2-lead. Matt Zaba then got injured and was replayed by Back-up David Kickert. Finally Curtis Fraser finished a quick attack for the 4:2-win (51.) and fixed Villachs first Semifinals since 2010/11.
